  • Only one discount can be used for each purchase.

  • Every piece is sent to you gift wrapped in an elegant black box and ribbon as part if the Mary P experience.

    • A standard delivery charge of £2.50 is applied to orders of up to £30. 

    • Orders of £30 or more will be delivered for free. Apply code “FREEOVER30” at checkout.

    • Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.   

    • Delivery times depend on your location but standard shipping will normally take 1- 4 days. 

  • At the moment Mary P Jewellery on ships to mainland UK. 

  • Undamaged items  

    I  hope you love what you buy but if you’re not happy with your purchase I’m are happy to offer you an exchange or refund.  

    You can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund  Please contact me to arrange return and refund and return in the original packaging. 

    The customer is responsible for the return postage.  We recommend that items are returned via a tracked service. Damaged or lost items cannot be refunded or replaced   Please retain  your proof of postage for your records  until I confirm by e mail that we have received your item. 

    We will notify you by email once your order has been received and processed  Refunds will be made via the original payment method For exchanges and refunds we do not reimburse the original or return shipping charges unless your item is faulty. 

  • In the unlikely event that the piece is received damaged or faulty please let us know within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of damage. We will then either offer a replacement or refund.

    If you choose a refund please return the damaged piece to me and once we have received the goods we will action the refund. 

  • In the very unfortunate event a piece goes missing or claimed as undelivered we reserve the right to look into the problem  For delayed parcels we allow up to 10 working days for delivery to be made.

  • Mary P Jewellery is designed to be worn and enjoyed every day but here are a few simple steps to care for them. 

    • Keep away from moisture and hard chemicals 

    • When not in use store in a closed box or travel pouch that it comes in.

    • Let perfumes and lotions dry before wearing jewellery.

    • Remove jewellery before sleeping, exercising or showering.

    • Clean and polish jewellery with a soft cloth.
